I got to spend 3 full days with my son and daughter-in-law this past weekend in San Antonio. It was a wonderful time and a great blessing. Since Walt is working in retail, he couldn't get enough time to come all the way to WV so I found a deal with AirTran and with the blessings of my dear hubby, flew to visit my kids! The weather was great. Sunday was in the 80's. We shopped for Christmas, ate out at some great restaurants, walked around the River Walk and saw all the beautiful Christmas decorations. We had our own Christmas celebration with some wonderful, thoughtful gifts. And on my last day of the trip, the weather turned cold (to prepare me for my return home) but there were many warm hearts and wishes. We were able to celebrate with Annie's Young Life kids at their annual Christmas party. I've included pics of the group. They had a great time, they love Annie as their leader and she is showing God's amazing love to them! I'm now back home and am happy to be with my husband and kitty. We're planning a trip next week to visit Mike's family for one day. We are so looking forward to seeing them. Happy Holidays to all our friends and family. God Bless you now and always.
